Q. HOW QUICKLY DO YOU PROCESS ORDERS?
A. All orders placed before 3pm EST are shipped out the same day they are received. If you place your order after the 3pm cutoff it will be shipped the next business day.  All products are shipped from our warehouse location in Miami Florida on Monday through Friday.  We are closed on the weekends.
Q. WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
A. We currently ship only within the continental United States and Hawaii. We hope to ship internationally in the near future.
Q. HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?
A. Shipping charges are calculated by total weight and zipcode. Enter your zipcode after adding a product to your shopping cart to view the total cost including shipping. Some products have special free shipping promotional prices. We offer all UPS and US Postal Service shipping methods ranging from Ground and First Class to Next Day Air and Express.

A. The security of any information you provide us with is our utmost concern. Under NO circumstances will your personal information be revealed to or shared with anyone, nor do we ever rent or sell our customer lists to anyone; We hate spam as much as you do!

Q. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A. If you need to cancel your order, then you must send an e-mail message to [email protected] BEFORE your order ships. Please reference your order number in your message.
